Singapore is the main hub for Asian flights. From Bali to the Philippines, from Mumbai to Bangkok, Malaysia to Dheli - almost every flight makes a stop in the metropolis SINGAPORE. Of course, this is reflected in the country's cuisine and this is how top-class mergers are created. Our head chef himself lived and cooked in Singapore for several years, had dinner in the hawker centers and convinced himself of the fusion cuisine.

Through the Bans brothers' many trips to Asia, they too got to know and love Singaporean cuisine, which is why there was no avoiding establishing this cuisine in Berlin under the name MIRCHI. By the way, MIRCHI means chili, a component in almost every Singaporean fusion dish.

For years, Berliners were able to enjoy the classics on the MIRCHI menu on Oranienburger Strasse and Oranienstrasse, until we closed both restaurants in 2018. From now on, the chef was only able to offer 3 dishes in the business lunch, so that you could at least sometimes look forward to the taste of the MIRCHI kitchen.
